Anlora Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Anlora Affiliate Program. By applying to the program and accepting our email confirmation, you agree to these terms. The companion marketing page is at meetanlora.com/affiliate.

1. Commission

Anlora pays you 5% of every dollar a referred OnlyFans creator agency pays Anlora for use of the platform. Commission is paid monthly, in arrears, after Anlora has collected payment from the agency.

Commission is calculated on Anlora's actual collected revenue from the referred agency, not on the agency's underlying revenue, not on quoted or invoiced amounts before payment, and not on any portion of a payment that is later refunded or charged back.

2. Attribution window

Each successful referral has a 12 month attribution window starting from the agency's first paid invoice to Anlora. You earn commission on every paid invoice from that agency during the 12 month window. After 12 months, attribution ends and no further commission is paid on that agency, regardless of whether the agency continues as an Anlora customer.

If the referred agency cancels their Anlora subscription or stops paying before the 12 month window ends, attribution ends immediately and commission stops on that referral. We do not pay commission on uncollected revenue.

3. Independence requirement (mandatory)

You must be an independent third party with no financial relationship to the referred agency. You may NOT refer an agency where you are any of:

  • An employee, officer, contractor, or paid advisor
  • A founder, co-founder, or equity holder of any percentage
  • A board member, observer, or non-executive advisor
  • A spouse, family member, or business partner of any of the above
  • A party in any existing commission, revenue share, or rebate arrangement with the agency outside of this program

Independent consultants who advise multiple agencies as clients are explicitly ALLOWED to refer those agencies, that is the intended use of the program. The rule above bans self-referral disguised as affiliate revenue, where a person inside an agency uses the program to extract a 5% rebate on their own employer's Anlora bill.

Before paying your first commission on any referral, Anlora will ask both you and the referred agency to confirm in writing that you are independent. False disclosure voids all commission on that referral, removes you from the program permanently, and may be reported to relevant tax authorities as fraud.

4. Disclosure and verification

On every new referral that converts to a paying Anlora customer, Anlora will email both you and the referred agency a short confirmation request before the first commission is paid. You must respond truthfully within 14 days. Failure to respond, or inconsistent answers between you and the referred agency, may result in commission being withheld until the discrepancy is resolved.

Anlora may at any time, at its discretion, conduct a publicly verifiable check (LinkedIn profile, agency team page, company registry, payment method matching) to confirm independence. We do not access private records.

5. Hold period on first commission

The first commission payment on each new referral is held for 30 days from the date the commission becomes due. The hold gives Anlora time to verify the independence requirement (section 3) and resolve any disclosure discrepancies (section 4). After 30 days clean, the held commission is released with your next monthly payout.

Subsequent commissions on the same referral are not held.

6. Banned promotion methods

The following promotion methods are banned. Violation voids commission and removes you from the program:

  • Bidding on the brand terms Anlora or meetanlora.com in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any paid search platform
  • Running paid Meta, TikTok, X, or Google ads where the words OnlyFans, OF, or related explicit terms appear in the ad creative or targeting parameters, this protects Anlora's payment processor relationship
  • Posting in subreddits, Telegram channels, Skool communities, or Discord servers where the moderators or owners have not consented to product promotion
  • Buying email lists or sending unsolicited bulk email mentioning Anlora
  • Misrepresenting Anlora's product, pricing, results, or compliance posture in any creative or copy
  • Defaming or making unverifiable negative claims about any competing tool in the OnlyFans agency software space

Allowed promotion methods include organic YouTube content, honest blog posts, Twitter/X posts from your own account, posts in communities where you have permission, direct warm introductions to operators you already know, and any other method where the audience sought your recommendation.

7. Payouts

Commission is paid monthly, between the 1st and the 7th of each calendar month, for commission accrued in the previous month. Anlora pays via Wise, SEPA bank transfer, or PayPal, at the affiliate's choice. Payout currency follows the affiliate's preference, with FX conversion at the payout provider's spot rate.

Minimum payout threshold is 50 US dollars or local currency equivalent. Amounts below the threshold roll over to the next month until the threshold is reached.

Anlora is not liable for delays caused by the payout provider, banking holidays, or sanctions screening on the recipient. We will communicate any payout delay over 7 days by email.

8. Refund and chargeback clawback

If a referred agency refunds or charges back any portion of a paid invoice within 60 days of payment, the commission paid on that invoice is clawed back from your next monthly payout. If you have no future payouts pending, you owe Anlora the amount of the clawback; we will email an invoice for the balance.

Beyond 60 days, refunds and chargebacks do not affect commission already paid. They simply end further commission on that customer if the customer's subscription terminates.

9. Tax responsibility

You are solely responsible for declaring, reporting, and paying any tax on affiliate income in your jurisdiction. Anlora does not withhold income tax from commission payments and does not file tax forms on your behalf in any country.

For affiliates in jurisdictions that require an invoice from you to Anlora before payment (most of the EU), Anlora will request a simple invoice from you each month before transferring funds. We will provide a template if needed.

10. Confidentiality

Anlora may share with you, as an affiliate, certain non-public information about referred agencies, including subscription status, revenue tier, and onboarding progress, solely to allow you to verify your commission. You agree to treat this information as confidential and not disclose it to any third party.

You agree not to disclose to any party other than your own tax advisor the identity of any agency you have referred, except where the agency itself publicly acknowledges Anlora as a vendor.

11. Program changes and termination

Anlora may modify these terms with 30 days notice by email to active affiliates. Existing referrals continue on the terms in force at the time of introduction; new referrals after the notice period fall under the updated terms.

Anlora may terminate any affiliate's participation at any time with 30 days notice for any reason, or immediately and without notice for breach of sections 3, 4, or 6. You may terminate your participation at any time by emailing hello@meetanlora.com; existing referrals continue to generate commission for the remainder of their 12 month attribution windows.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where Anlora is headquartered. Disputes will be resolved in good faith between Anlora and the affiliate first; if not resolved, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
