OnlyFans Agency Dashboard: Every Creator's Earnings, Status and Team Access

An OnlyFans agency dashboard shows every creator an agency runs on one screen: earnings, subscribers and whether each page is connected. Anlora's, which we make, reads earnings from OnlyFans' own earnings chart, limits chatters to their assigned creators and alerts when a page needs reconnecting.

On this page
TL;DR

Anlora's OnlyFans agency dashboard, as documented on 8 October 2026, shows each connected creator's subscribers and last-30-day revenue on one screen, adds the creators up on the dashboard and in four Analytics tabs (Summary, Financial, Chat, Fans) over 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or the year to date, and reads each creator's earnings with 5 requests to OnlyFans per range. Three seeded roles (Owner, Manager, Chatter) decide who sees which creators, and the Chatter sees only assigned ones. The Fans tab lists the top 10 fans only.

Why does an OnlyFans agency need one dashboard for every creator?

Each creator's own OnlyFans dashboard shows only that creator's page, so an agency with several creators needs one place that shows whether each page is connected, what each one earned this month and which team member may open it. OnlyMonster's homepage (read 8 October 2026) says the basic analytics most subscription platforms include show fixed metrics for a single account, with no comparison across accounts. Anlora, which we make, answers the fans with its AI, so its dashboard is built for the owner's questions: which creators are live, how each one's revenue moved against the period before, who on the team sees which creator, and what needs a person today.

How does the Anlora agency dashboard work?

Four steps turn a connected creator into a line in the agency's numbers.

  1. 01
Each connected creator becomes a card

The creators screen shows one card per connected creator with the creator's subscribers, 30d revenue, a trend line with the change against the period before, and a connection state. A creator OnlyFans has signed out gets a Reconnect creator button and a note such as "Stats and the bot are paused until you reconnect."

  2. 02
Earnings come from OnlyFans' own statistics request

For each range Anlora asks OnlyFans for the statistics request its own web app uses, which returns net earnings per day, split into subscriptions, tips and paid messages. That request reads zero for yesterday and today until OnlyFans tallies them, so those two days come from the payment ledger. A creator costs 5 requests to OnlyFans per range, whatever the sales volume.

  3. 03
    The creators add up

The dashboard sums the last 30 days across every connected creator. Analytics repeats that for 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or the year to date, for all creators together or for one, and sets each range against the range of the same length before it. Days are UTC calendar days.

  4. 04
A creator OnlyFans does not answer for is named

If OnlyFans does not answer for one creator, the page lists who is missing instead of showing a total that looks whole. If the whole read fails, it says it could not load earnings and offers Try again, rather than showing $0.

The creators screen (step 1), drawn from measurements of the live dashboard: one card per creator with subscribers, 30d revenue and a trend line, a connection status such as Live or Needs auth, and a Reconnect or Finish verification button when a creator needs one. Names and figures are examples.

The earnings screens store no copy of the sales. Anlora treats each answer as fresh for five minutes and keeps it for an hour as a fallback, so reopening a screen is instant while a new read runs behind it.

What does an agency see and decide with the Anlora dashboard?

Each screen of the Anlora dashboard answers one owner question:

  • Which creators are live. The creators screen separates connected creators from the ones that need a Reconnect or a verification step, so a signed-out page is found from the dashboard.
  • Which creator moved. Each card shows the creator's 30d revenue beside the change against the period of the same length before, which tells the owner which page to open first.
  • Where the money came from. The Fans tab shows OnlyFans' top fans for the range, their share of revenue, the split by source, and how many listed fans passed $100 and $500.
  • What to film next. The Popular requests card on the Vault overview ranks the kinds of content fans ask for in chat by what the asking fans have spent; a kind nobody has asked for in 14 days drops off.
  • Who sees what. A role sets what each member can do. A Chatter sees only the creators assigned to that member, and a Manager sees every creator but cannot connect or remove one.
  • What reaches you. Alerts say when a creator's bot stopped, a creator needs reconnecting, a creator's best fans have almost nothing new left to buy, or a fan paid for a custom. Each goes to people whose role fits it.

How does Anlora's agency dashboard compare with CreatorHero's and OnlyMonster's?

Anlora's dashboard has no monthly fee and builds its earnings from OnlyFans' own statistics request, with roles and alerts in the same place as the AI that answers the fans. CreatorHero and OnlyMonster are built around human chatters, with AI help for them, and each is ahead of Anlora on the points listed after the table. Every rival cell below except Price comes from that vendor's own page, read 8 October 2026; the prices are dated under the table.

CreatorHero's post also lists content scheduling, which this page does not document for Anlora. OnlyMonster's homepage lists shift scheduling and chatter performance tracking; Anlora has a rota and counts of messages each member sent by hand, but no revenue per member. How do you set up the dashboard for an agency?

  1. 01
    Connect each creator

The Owner adds the creator's OnlyFans page in the dashboard; connecting is Owner-only, and the Manager role cannot do it. Success: a card for the creator shows their subscribers and connection state.

  2. 02
    Wait for the first numbers

Open the dashboard. Success: the creator's last-30-day revenue and trend line appear. For one creator with about 500 sales a month the first load took about 5 seconds when measured on 22 September 2026, against about 60 seconds before the earnings read was rebuilt, and a repeat visit is instant.

  3. 03
    Invite the team

Open Settings, then Team, and copy the invite link. It is a link copied once, not an email. Success: the new member appears in the member list.

  4. 04
Give each member a role and creators

Pick Owner, Manager, Chatter or a role you build, then assign the creators that member may open. Success: a Chatter's roster shows only those creators.

  5. 05
    Choose your alerts

Open Settings, then Notifications. The bell is always on, and email is a switch per person that starts off for most alerts. Success: the grid shows your own choices, not the team's.

One requirement: the Analytics tabs need the analytics permission, and the seeded Chatter role does not carry it.

What are the limits of Anlora's agency dashboard?

Anlora's agency dashboard stops, or works with a caveat, in these places:

  • Net earnings, in UTC days. The daily series is net earnings per UTC calendar day, so a day ends at 00:00 UTC in every time zone, and gross per day is not available.
  • The last two days come from the ledger. The ledger still lists sales OnlyFans later reverses, so yesterday and today can read slightly high: on one creator the statistics showed 56 message unlocks where the ledger showed 58.
  • The creator card and Analytics can disagree. The card asks for the default window, which is 31 days, while Analytics' 30D is exactly 30 days. On 3 October 2026 one connected creator read $3,010.98 on the card and $2,938.98 on Analytics.
  • Totals count connected creators. A creator OnlyFans has signed out is left out of the agency total until the creator is reconnected, and the card says why.
  • The Fans tab lists 10 fans. It reads OnlyFans' Top fans, so there are no spend tiers, and a fan whose spend is all from the last two days can be missing until OnlyFans catches up.
  • Figures can be minutes old. What a screen shows can lag a sale by a few minutes, and while OnlyFans is not answering it keeps showing the last good numbers, up to an hour old.
  • No revenue per team member. The team view counts messages sent by hand over 7 days, how many carried a price and what those prices totalled. The AI's replies are not counted, and a price is what was asked, because OnlyFans does not say whose message a fan unlocked.
  • Popular requests needs recorded requests. The card appears once request recording is on for the creator, and a new ask shows the next morning.
  • No alert asks a person to answer a fan. Anlora answers the fans. Quiet hours and a weekly summary are not built yet.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the dashboard cover Maloum creators?

Anlora connects OnlyFans and Maloum creators, and the same analytics permission covers Maloum earnings. The earnings method on this page, OnlyFans' own statistics request, is the OnlyFans one; how Maloum earnings are read is not covered here.

What happens when a team member leaves the agency?

Deactivating or removing a member ends their dashboard session and their API tokens on their next click. Every destructive action is written to an activity log that cannot be edited, which members with the activity-log permission can read.

Does opening several screens read OnlyFans each time?

Screens asking for the same creator and window share a single read, because a lock makes simultaneous requests wait for it, and later visits use the cached answer. The creator card asks for a window one day longer, so it makes its own read.

Is every team member alerted about every creator?

Each alert goes only to members whose role fits it and who can see that creator, for example people allowed to pause the bot for a bot-stopped alert, or to approve customs for a new custom. Access is checked again at the moment an alert is sent.

Does the requests card show which fans asked?

The requests card shows the kind of content, how many fans asked and what those fans spent, with no fan name, avatar or chat link, and it never shows what a fan typed.
