How to Choose an OnlyFans AI Chatbot: 5 Criteria and the KPIs to Check

Choose an OnlyFans AI chatbot by scoring it on five criteria: who sends the messages, whether it sells rather than only replies, whether it keeps each creator's voice and each fan's history, what it costs at your revenue, and whether you can watch, stop and leave it. Then test it for 14 days against six KPIs.

TL;DR

Score an OnlyFans AI chatbot on five criteria: who sends the messages, whether it sells, whether it keeps each creator's voice and each fan's history, what it costs at your revenue, and whether you can watch, stop and leave it. Then run it on one creator for 14 days and compare six KPIs with the 30 days before.

Fees differ in shape: Infloww starts at $40 per profile a month, Supercreator's Super AI costs $99 to $299 per account plus 5% of AI net sales, and Anlora, which we make, takes 20% of the OnlyFans payout on AI sales with no monthly fee.

Every OnlyFans AI chatbot vendor promises the same things: more sales, fewer chatters, no fan left waiting. Since the pitches match, the choice rests on what you check before you sign. This page gives five criteria, six KPIs for a two-week test, red flags and a fair case for assisted tools.

It extends the five-question check on our OnlyFans AI chatbot page. Prices were read on the vendors' own pages between 5 and 7 October 2026 and change without notice.

Who should send the messages: the AI, a person or both?

Choose the sender model first, because it sets how much chatter cost stays on your books: assisted (the AI drafts, a chatter sends), hybrid (the AI chats, then hands chosen fans to a chatter) or autonomous (the AI chats with every fan). Supercreator's Super AI is a hybrid. Its qualifier page says human chatters take over top spenders and high-ticket sessions, with the AI handling 85 to 90% of inbox volume.

  • Which fans does the AI never answer? Spend thresholds, new subscribers and custom requests are common exclusions, and each keeps a chatter shift in your budget.
  • How does a handoff reach a person: a push notification, a queue or a report read the next day? A hot fan who waits hours is a lost sale.
  • Who gets the credit when the AI warmed a fan up and a chatter closed the sale? Write the rule down first.

What does it mean for a chatbot to handle top spenders?

Handling top spenders means the chatbot answers the fans who pay the most, with no spend threshold above which a person takes over. Anlora works this way: it chats with every paying fan, top spenders included, and anyone on your team can still read a thread and step in. Agencies that want a named human on their biggest fans are better served by a hybrid.

Does the chatbot sell, or only reply?

A chatbot sells when it chooses the moment, the price and the follow-up for each fan, and it only replies when it answers politely and leaves the offer to someone else. Ask each vendor for a real conversation in which the AI sent a pay-per-view (PPV) offer, and what it based the timing on.

  • Timing: does it read buying signals, such as questions about content, or send an offer every set number of days? Fixed intervals teach fans to ignore the inbox.
  • Price: does the offer price follow that fan's buying history, or does everyone get the same number?
  • Follow-up: does it message fans who went quiet or opened an offer and did not buy, and is there a limit on how often?
  • Objections: what happens on a price objection or a discount request?

Will the chatbot sound like each creator and remember each fan?

A good chatbot keeps a separate voice for every creator and a lasting profile for every fan, and both can be checked before you pay. Take one message each from two creators and remove the names: you should be able to tell them apart. Then ask to see a chat in which the AI used a detail the fan gave months earlier, such as a job or a pet.

Most chatbots in this category run on the same general-purpose language models, as Desirely's own guide notes. The difference is the layer above them: how a creator's tone and boundaries are set, where the fan profile lives and whether a chatter can read it. A demo of fluent text says nothing about that layer. Anlora keeps a lasting profile per fan and matches each creator's voice separately.

What will an OnlyFans AI chatbot cost at your revenue?

An OnlyFans AI chatbot costs a fixed fee, a share of AI sales, or both, so compare vendors at your own monthly sales instead of by sticker price. Infloww starts at $40 per OnlyFans or Fansly profile a month and rises with the creator's earnings. Supercreator's Super AI runs $99 to $299 per account by the creator's earnings plus 5% of AI net sales, with 2,000 to 6,000 AI credits a month. Anlora charges 20% of the OnlyFans payout on AI sales and no monthly fee.

Against Super AI, Anlora costs less below roughly $825 to $2,490 of monthly AI fan spend per account, depending on the Super AI tier (our arithmetic from the published prices). Above that, a fixed fee plus 5% is cheaper per sale, though top spenders then go to your chatters.

Against a chatter team, autonomous AI at Anlora's price, 20% of the OnlyFans payout, costs less than a shared offshore chatter team below roughly $10,000 of monthly chat sales per creator, and less than a dedicated 24/7 chatter below roughly $35,000. Above that it pays off when it sells more than the chatters it replaces (about 15% more at a 35% agency cut and $12,000 of chat sales), plus the recruiting, turnover and overnight gaps it removes (our model). Put your roster into the agency cost calculator; Anlora's terms are on the pricing page.

  • What is the share calculated on: the creator's net after OnlyFans' 20%, or the fan's gross payment?
  • What do extra AI messages cost once the allowance runs out? Supercreator lists them from $0.03.
  • Is there a free trial, and does it need a card? Anlora's is 7 days without one.

Can you watch the chatbot, stop it and leave with your data?

You should be able to read every conversation, pause the chatbot for one creator or one fan in a click, and know what happens to the fan history if you leave. Vendors demo control least, yet you rely on it the day a message goes wrong.

  • Visibility and pause: can you read every conversation as it happens, and switch the chatbot off for one creator or one thread without contacting support?
  • Exit: what are the minimum term and notice period, and can the fan profile be exported? Memory that stays with the vendor is your switching cost.
  • Data: where are fan messages stored, who at the vendor can read them and which privacy rules apply? Get it in writing.

Which KPIs show whether an OnlyFans AI chatbot works?

Six KPIs show whether an OnlyFans AI chatbot works: reply time, chat sales per day, PPV unlock rate, share of paying fans answered, handoff rate and cost per $100 of chat sales. Measure each for the 30 days before and the 14 days of the test, on the same creator, and take money figures from OnlyFans' own earnings chart, not the vendor's dashboard.

Desirely's ranges are vendor claims, not independent benchmarks. No source checked on 7 October 2026 publishes a neutral one, so your own 30 days before are the baseline.

As a worked example of chat sales per day, here is the first week of Anlora, which we make, on one creator's $5 paid page: gross daily chat sales (paid messages and tips) rose from $17.74 in the prior 30 days to $158.24 in the first 7 days (OnlyFans' own earnings chart, 22 to 28 September 2026): one creator and one week, so a direction rather than a promise.

Add one guard on fan quality: renewals, chargebacks and unsubscribes should not worsen while sales rise, or the chatbot is borrowing from next month. Reply time also needs an overnight check; see covering the night shift with AI.

How do I run a fair two-week test of an OnlyFans AI chatbot?

  1. 01
    Write the baseline

Record the six KPIs for the 30 days before from OnlyFans' earnings chart and your chat export.

  2. 02
    Pick a steady creator

Choose one with stable sales and no promotion planned, which would hide the chatbot's effect.

  3. 03
    Fix the rules in writing

Name the fans, hours and handoff triggers before day one.

  4. 04
    Read 20 conversations by hand

Pick them yourself in week one, worst included.

  5. 05
Score and decide on day 14

Fill in the KPI table and the guard, then decide. If a vendor advises a staged rollout, ask what you should see by week two.

Run the test on one creator for 14 days and compare the six KPIs with the 30 days before. Fourteen days covers two full weekly cycles, which is our recommendation rather than a published standard. Keep the creator, the offers and the posting schedule as they were, so the chatbot is the only change.

What are the red flags when you evaluate an OnlyFans AI chatbot?

The clearest red flag is a vendor who cannot show a real conversation, a real number and a real exit. Ask for a conversation from a live account, a figure with a named period and base, and the steps to leave with your data; a refusal on any of the three is a warning. These five signs usually come with it:

  • A guaranteed uplift, such as "+45% revenue", with no definition of what is measured or over how long.
  • A single KPI figure with no range, formula or named period.
  • Revenue shown only in the vendor's dashboard, not matched to OnlyFans' earnings chart.
  • A share of sales with no stated base, gross payment or creator net.
  • No pause control, no stated notice terms, or fan history that stays with the vendor.

When is an assisted or hybrid tool the better buy than an autonomous chatbot?

An assisted or hybrid tool is the better buy when you already run a trained chatter team you want to keep, when a named person must handle your biggest spenders, or when your sales per creator sit above the point where a flat fee beats a revenue share. Each option below has the same four fields; the chatting software comparison and the Anlora and Supercreator comparison go deeper on where each tool wins.

  • Infloww (CRM, AI Copilot in beta). Price: from $40 per profile a month, rising with the creator's earnings. Who sends: a chatter, with the Copilot drafting. Best for: agencies keeping a chatter team that want a mature CRM. Falls short: the chatter rota and its cost stay.
  • Supercreator Premium (Message Copilot). Price: $15 to $249 per account a month by earnings, with 500 AI messages and no top-ups. Who sends: a chatter, with the AI drafting. Best for: small rosters wanting AI help at the lowest entry price. Falls short: the AI does not chat alone, and the allowance is capped.
  • Supercreator Super AI (Izzy). Price: $99 to $299 per account a month by earnings, plus 5% of AI net sales, with 2,000 to 6,000 AI credits a month. Who sends: the AI, handing top spenders, custom requests and hot conversations to a chatter. Best for: high-volume accounts and agencies wanting people on top spenders. Falls short: chatters stay on the biggest fans, and credits are capped. More in is Supercreator's Izzy worth it.
  • Substy. Price: per creator a month, $0 plus 15% of net sales, $69 plus 10% or $99 plus 8.5%. Who sends: the AI on every plan, and on the Elite plan a hybrid mode hands the fan to a chatter at a threshold you set. Best for: agencies that want an AI chatting from a published price, with a handoff option. Falls short: every plan takes a share of net sales, and it covers OnlyFans, Fanvue and MYM but not Fansly.
  • Desirely. Price: per connected account a month, excluding VAT, €0 plus 20% of AI sales, €29 plus 15%, €59 plus 10% or €89 plus 8.5%. Who sends: the AI, built for a hybrid model where chatters handle big spenders and customs. Best for: agencies that want a free plan to start and chatters on the biggest fans. Falls short: prices are in euros, and it lists OnlyFans, MYM, Reveal.me and Uncove, not Fansly.
  • Anlora, which we make. Price: 20% of the OnlyFans payout on AI sales, no monthly fee. Who sends: the AI, for every fan including top spenders. Best for: agencies replacing the chatter rota with no fixed cost. Falls short: on busy accounts the 20% share costs more per sale than a fixed fee plus 5% (above roughly $825 to $2,490 of monthly AI fan spend), and it runs on OnlyFans paid pages and Maloum only.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a good PPV unlock rate for an AI chatbot?

No neutral benchmark exists. Desirely claims 18 to 25% and says the market quotes 5 to 10%, but both are vendor figures. Compare the rate with your own before the test, and treat a rising send count with a falling rate as spam.

Should an AI chatbot handle my top spenders?

It depends on the model you buy. Anlora, which we make, answers them with the AI. Supercreator's Super AI hands top spenders and custom requests to a chatter. Decide from your own data: how much of your chat sales comes from the top fans, and who you trust with them.

Is a revenue share or a monthly fee cheaper for an AI chatbot?

A share is cheaper when sales are low, because it costs nothing in a month the AI sells nothing. A fixed fee plus a small share is cheaper on busy accounts. Against Super AI the break-even is roughly $825 to $2,490 of monthly AI fan spend (our arithmetic).

Can I trust the numbers a chatbot vendor shows me?

Trust money figures only when they match OnlyFans' own earnings chart for the same creator and dates. Ask every vendor for the formula, the creator and the period behind a percentage, and treat a single figure without a range as marketing.

Do I still need chatters if I use an AI chatbot?

It depends on the model. A hybrid keeps chatters for the fans it hands over, while an autonomous chatbot needs oversight, not shifts. For scale, covering one creator around the clock on a shared rota takes about 1.2 full-time chatters (our model, from the rota Vice reports).

Score the vendors you shortlist on the five criteria, test one for 14 days and keep the KPI table for your next review. Anlora, which we make, offers a 7-day trial without a card for that test.
