MYM's terms of use (version 24.07.2025) say in section 7.2.3 that a creator may run messaging through a "chatbot" solution or an agent, and that using artificial intelligence for messaging is authorized. Section 5.2.2 separately lets creators use AI to produce content. Under 6.3.1, an agent must be declared to MYM. MYM's own text is what counts.
