OnlyFans Creator Onboarding Checklist: 23 Checks Before and After Go-Live
Use these 23 checks after signing a creator, before and after her page goes live: the contract, account access, content, chatting, tracking and the first 30 days. Each check passes only on evidence, such as a signed clause or a recorded baseline. Contract and access checks must pass first; the rest can run in parallel.

OnlyFans agency onboarding checklist: what to do after signing a creator
After signing your first OnlyFans creator, run an onboarding checklist before her page goes live: lock in the contract, secure account access, audit the page, prepare content and chatting, and record an earnings baseline. It covers what agencies ask about in OFM groups: the contract, the NDA, account access, an account audit, the content plan and the chatting setup. Hiring a chatter team and finding creators have their own guides: how to train OnlyFans chatters and how to start an OnlyFans agency.
Before you start checking
Checklist version 1.0, checked against its sources on 6 October 2026 and reviewed every three months. You need:
Give every check one of five statuses: Not checked, Pass, Fail, Blocked (waiting on someone else) or Not applicable. A Pass needs the evidence named in its row, such as a signed clause, a dated screenshot or a document, saved where the next person can find it. A Not applicable needs a written reason and the owner's name; P-03, for example, does not apply when nobody else appears in her content. The checks are independent, so two people can work through them at once, and the list applies to paid and free pages alike; where a free page differs, the FAQ below says how.
- The signed agreement, or the draft you are about to sign.
- The creator available for a call, because some account settings only she should change.
- Read access to the page's earnings statistics for the last 30 days.
- Your CRM or a shared sheet to record the status and evidence for each check.
- One owner for the whole list, who signs off each Pass and approves each Not applicable.
The 23 checks at a glance
Six groups. Contract (C-01 to C-05) and account access (A-01 to A-05) must pass before her page goes live. Content (P-01 to P-03), chatting (M-01 to M-04) and tracking (T-01 to T-03) can run at the same time, by different people. The first 30 days checks (F-01 to F-03) start after launch and end with the day-30 review, which closes the list.
Contract checks (C-01 to C-05)
| ID | Check | Why it matters | Passes when | Evidence to keep | If it fails |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| C-01 | Write the commission and what it is taken from | A percentage of fan spending and a percentage of the creator's 80% share are very different sums | The clause names the percentage and its base | The signed clause | Add the base before signing; Aruna Talent quotes 30 to 40% for full-service management |
| C-02 | Keep payouts in the creator's own bank account | Payouts routed through the agency leave the creator depending on the agency to get paid | Payouts go to her account and the agency invoices its share | Her payout settings, checked on a call; the first invoice | Change the payout setup before the first payout |
| C-03 | State that content stays the creator's property | She can leave with her content and you avoid ownership fights | A clause says the content remains hers | The signed clause | Add the clause |
| C-04 | Agree a notice period | Either side can leave cleanly | A written notice period, 30 days or shorter | The signed clause | Add one before go-live |
| C-05 | Sign an NDA covering her identity and fan data | Chatters see her legal name and every fan's history | Everyone with access has signed | One signed NDA per person, on file | Remove access until they sign |
The 30 to 40% range comes from Aruna Talent's commission guide, an agency's own figure rather than an industry survey. What the percentage is taken from matters as much as the number, and OnlyFans fees shows how far apart the two bases are.
Account and access checks (A-01 to A-05)
| ID | Check | Why it matters | Passes when | Evidence to keep | If it fails |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| A-01 | Keep the login and two-step device with the creator | She can revoke access at any time, which protects both sides | She holds the password and the two-step device | Checked with her on a call, date noted | Move them back to her before go-live |
| A-02 | Leave the recovery email and phone as hers | Whoever holds the recovery email and phone can take over the account | Both are the creator's own, checked on a call | Checked on the same call, date noted | Change them back with her on the call |
| A-03 | Get written authorization naming who may log in | Access without her written consent is a dispute waiting to happen | A signed list of people or systems with access | The signed access list | Pause access until it exists |
| A-04 | Confirm the page has passed OnlyFans' identity check | An unverified page cannot be paid | Verification is complete in her account | Her verification status, checked with her and dated | Finish verification first |
| A-05 | Record whether the page is paid or free and its price | Paid and free pages need different selling plans | Price and page type noted in the CRM | The CRM entry, dated | Ask the creator and note it |
Content checks (P-01 to P-03)
| ID | Check | Why it matters | Passes when | Evidence to keep | If it fails |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| P-01 | Count the content you can sell | The inbox can only sell what exists | A vault inventory by type, for example photos, videos and sets | The inventory sheet | Plan a shoot before go-live |
| P-02 | Write a posting schedule for the feed | Subscribers see new content every week, not in bursts | A calendar for the first four weeks | The four-week calendar | Agree a minimum, such as a few posts a week |
| P-03 | Keep ID records for anyone else who appears in content | US law makes whoever produces explicit content check and keep each performer's ID records | Records exist for every co-performer | The records, filed with the content | Do not sell that content until they exist |
The legal basis for P-03 is 18 U.S.C. § 2257; an agency that produces or films content may take on that duty itself. For organizing what you have, the OnlyFans vault guide covers folders and naming.
Chatting checks (M-01 to M-04)
| ID | Check | Why it matters | Passes when | Evidence to keep | If it fails |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| M-01 | Write the creator's voice guide | Fans notice when the tone changes between shifts | One page with her style, boundaries and real example messages | The voice guide document | Write it with her before go-live |
| M-02 | Write the selling rules and price floors | Offers that come too soon or too cheap lose sales | Floors per content type; paid messages start at $3 | The written floors, approved by her | Agree floors with her |
| M-03 | Decide who answers fans every hour of the day | Unanswered fans stop buying | A rota or system covers nights and weekends, with a set rule for messages that arrive overnight | The rota or the system's schedule | Cover the gaps before go-live |
| M-04 | Set up the shift handover | Notes are what let the next shift continue a conversation | A required handover field in the CRM | The handover field in the CRM | Add it to the end-of-shift routine |
The chatter training guide linked above shows how to build the voice guide and selling rules. Covering every hour is where the cost sits: a human team needs about 1.2 full-time chatters per creator on a shared rota (our model), while Anlora, which we make, answers every paying fan with no rota, top spenders included, on the creator's own daily rhythm.
Tracking checks (T-01 to T-03)
| ID | Check | Why it matters | Passes when | Evidence to keep | If it fails |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| T-01 | Record the last 30 days of earnings | Without a baseline nobody can prove the agency added anything | Subscriptions, messages and tips for the last 30 days saved with the date | The dated screenshot | Screenshot the earnings statistics with her |
| T-02 | Give every traffic source its own tracking link | You can only scale the sources that bring paying fans | One link per source, named | The named list of links | Create them before promotion starts |
| T-03 | Set up invoicing and contractor tax forms | Payments without paperwork cause trouble at tax time | Invoices for the agency share; forms on file for chatters | Invoices and forms on file | Ask an accountant; see OnlyFans taxes |
Free-trial and promotion links can only be created on a paid OnlyFans page, so a free page needs another way to tell its sources apart (OnlyFans traffic). Many US agencies ask offshore chatters for a Form W-8BEN; OnlyFans taxes covers the rest.
First 30 days checks (F-01 to F-03)
| ID | Check | Why it matters | Passes when | Evidence to keep | If it fails |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| F-01 | Send the creator a weekly report against the baseline | Trust is built on numbers she can check | Four weekly reports in the first month | The four sent reports | Send one this week |
| F-02 | Review a sample of chat messages every week | Voice drift and early selling show up in the messages first | Ten messages per chatter reviewed weekly | The weekly review log | Book a fixed review slot |
| F-03 | Hold a day-30 review | Decide what to keep, fix or scale while it is still early | A written review comparing day 30 with T-01 | The written day-30 review | Schedule it now |
When a check fails
Treat the contract and access checks (C-01 to C-05, A-01 to A-05) as blockers: if one fails, do not go live until it passes. Content, chatting and tracking checks can fail without stopping the launch, but each failure needs an owner and a date. Send every fix that involves the creator's account or money to her in writing, and keep the reply with the checklist.
If a creator refuses a blocker, for example she wants payouts routed through the agency, write down the risk you are both accepting before you continue. A term nobody wrote down is hard to enforce later.
Each failure has a named owner. Contract and payout failures go to the agency owner and the creator together. Access failures go to whoever manages accounts and are fixed the same day. Chatting failures go to the chat lead, tracking failures to whoever sends her reports. Re-run A-01 to A-03 whenever someone with access leaves the team, and run the whole list again at day 30 and when the contract renews.
What should an agency do in the first 30 days with a new creator?
In the first 30 days with a new creator, an OnlyFans agency should finish onboarding, keep the inbox answered on a set schedule, post on a fixed schedule and report weekly against the earnings baseline recorded on day one. The day-30 review then compares the month with that baseline and decides what to keep, fix or scale. Without the baseline, the first month cannot show whether the agency added anything.
What should be in an OnlyFans agency contract?
An OnlyFans agency contract should state the commission and what it is taken from, keep payouts in the creator's own bank account, say that her content stays hers, set a notice period and name everyone who may access her account. Aruna Talent, an agency, quotes 30 to 40% for full-service management. The list is general information, not legal advice; have a lawyer review the agreement.
What is an OnlyFans account audit?
An OnlyFans account audit is a look at where a creator's page stands before the agency changes anything: verification status, whether the page is paid or free and at what price, the last 30 days of earnings by source, the content you can sell and who answers fans today. It becomes the baseline that every later report is compared with.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should an agency have the creator's OnlyFans password?
The creator should keep the login, the two-step device and the recovery email and phone, and give access she can revoke. Written authorization should name everyone, and every system, that logs in to the account.
Does a free OnlyFans page need different checks?
The same checks apply, with three differences. Record the page type in A-05, set selling rules for fans who have not paid for a subscription in M-02, and plan another way to tell traffic sources apart in T-02, because free-trial and promotion links need a paid page.
How long does onboarding a new creator take?
It depends mostly on content and chatting. Contract and access checks can pass in a day if the creator is available; a voice guide, selling rules and a sellable content library usually take longer, and the page should not go live without them.
Who should own the onboarding checklist at an agency?
One person, usually the account manager for that creator. They sign off each Pass, approve every Not applicable and chase failures to their owners, so nothing is marked done twice or not at all. Larger agencies split the groups, but keep one name accountable for the whole list.
Should the creator see the checklist?
Yes, the parts that involve her. The contract, payout, access and verification checks need her on a call anyway, and a creator who can see what was checked, with the evidence, trusts the first reports more. Internal chatting and tracking notes can stay with the team.
Can AI handle the chatting checks?
Anlora, which we make, answers every paying fan, top spenders included, on the creator's daily rhythm: it stays up while a chat is live and picks up overnight messages in the morning, so M-03 passes without a rota and M-04 needs no shift handover. The contract, access and content checks still apply.
