   Best for: steady free traffic in a niche

   Reddit allows adult content in communities marked NSFW, and posts must carry the NSFW tag. Each subreddit's moderators add their own rules on verification, posting frequency and links.

   The line agencies cross most often is Reddit's spam policy. The same link posted across many communities looks like coordinated spam.    X (Twitter)

   Best for: direct links and promo swaps

   X allows consensually produced adult content if it is marked as sensitive, according to its adult content policy. It cannot appear in the profile photo or header.

   That makes X the easiest place to link an OnlyFans page directly. The work is consistency: regular posts, replies, and promo swaps with creators in the same niche.

   TikTok

   Best for: reach with safe-for-work clips

   TikTok bans offering or asking for sexual content, and keeps sexually suggestive posts out of the For You feed, according to its community guidelines.

   Agencies use it for personality clips that make people curious, never for anything explicit. Removals are common, so treat each account as replaceable.

   Instagram

   Best for: turning followers into subscribers

   Instagram does not allow nudity, and Meta's rules on sexual solicitation cover implicit offers. An OnlyFans link next to suggestive posts is the classic case.

   Keep posts safe for work and the OnlyFans link away from suggestive content. A link-in-bio page does not hide where it leads.

   YouTube

   Best for: long-form fans who stay

   YouTube's external links policy bans links to pornographic sites, including in channel descriptions. So YouTube works only for safe-for-work content, such as vlogs, fitness or gaming, that builds a following people then look up elsewhere.

   It is slow, but a video can keep bringing viewers long after it is posted.

   Telegram and Discord

   Best for: keeping existing fans close

   Telegram channels and Discord servers are places to talk to fans you already have, rather than to find new ones. Telegram's terms ban illegal pornographic content on public channels, and each Discord server sets its own rules.

   Use them for announcements, polls and early looks at new content, with a link back to the page.

   Paid shoutouts and SFS

   Best for: fast reach in the same niche

   A bigger creator or promo account posts about yours, usually for $50 to $500 or more. SFS, shoutout for shoutout, is the free swap between two creators of similar size.

   Audience match matters more than follower count. A small account in the same niche often sends more buyers than a big one outside it.

   Best for: scaling a page that already sells

   Networks such as TrafficJunky, TwinRed and HilltopAds sell clicks and impressions on adult sites, with targeting by country, device and language, as HilltopAds' guide describes.

   Start small, test one ad at a time, and only scale what turns into paying fans.

   Traffic brokers

   Best for: testing volume quickly

   Brokers sell subscribers directly. OnlyTraffic, for example, quotes from $0.50 and an average of $1.48 per subscriber, suggests testing with $500 to $1,000, and says it refunds traffic it identifies as bots.

   Cheap subscribers are only cheap if they pay. Measure what they spend, not how many arrive.

How to tell which OnlyFans traffic source pays

The number that matters is cost per paying fan, not cost per subscriber.

Give every source its own free-trial or promotion link. OnlyFans reports how many fans claimed each one, so you can see which source brought whom. These links can only be created on a paid page; on free pages OnlyFans refuses them.

Then follow those fans for 30 days. Divide what you spent by the number who bought anything. Keep the sources with the lowest number.

Pricing mistakes that waste traffic

• Pricing outside the range. A paid page can charge from $4.99 to $50 a month, based on the account settings we read. Most traffic converts better near the low end, with the money made in the chat.
• Free pages with no plan to sell. A free page gets more subscribers and fewer buyers. If the page is free, the inbox has to do all the selling.

A good promotion post on Reddit or X is a preview that makes people click through to the profile, written in the creator's own voice rather than as an advert.

OnlyFans' own promotion guide says a creator on a paid page can run a free trial or a first-month discount as a promotion campaign and copy its link to share. That link is what the ad can point to.
