OnlyFans Tracking Links for Agencies: Set Them Up, Read Them, Tie Traffic to Revenue
An OnlyFans tracking link is a version of a creator's page address that counts clicks and new subscribers for one traffic source. Agencies create one link per source and creator in OnlyFans settings, compare sources on subscribers rather than clicks, then add each link's fans' spending, chat sales included, to see which source pays.
On this page
Three numbers matter on every link: clicks, subscribers, and what those subscribers spend. Conversion rate is subscribers divided by clicks, so 120 subscribers from 1,000 clicks is 12%.
OnlyFans' own link page is reported to show the first two, and spending has to be added from the fans each link brought in. For an agency the spending that matters most is in the chat, so the question to answer per source is cost per paying fan, not cost per subscriber.
Agencies buy traffic from several places at once, and without a separate link per source the results blur into one subscriber total. A tracking link is the cheapest fix, because it is built into OnlyFans.
This guide covers creating links, reading the numbers, splitting links across sources and creators, and following a link's fans into the chat, where the money is made.
What is an OnlyFans tracking link?
An OnlyFans tracking link is a version of a creator's page address that carries its own code, so OnlyFans can count how many people opened it and how many of them subscribed. Linko describes it as a free, built-in feature, and Supercreator calls it basic last-click attribution, meaning the link a fan used most recently gets the credit.
Inside OnlyFans the feature is built on what its web app calls campaigns, which is why some tools say campaign link. This is our reading of the public web app code in June 2026. For an agency the idea is plain: one link is one traffic source, and a source you cannot name is a source you cannot judge.
How do you create an OnlyFans tracking link?
You create a tracking link from the creator's own account settings, and it takes about a minute. The path below is the one OnlyMonster and Linko describe, checked on 2026-10-07.
- 01Open the creator's OnlyFans account
Sign in to the creator's account on OnlyFans. Tracking links belong to one creator page, so create them where that page is managed. Done when you can see the creator's Settings menu.
- 02Find Tracking links in the settings
Open Settings, then Profile, scroll to the Subscription section and choose Tracking links. Menus move, so look for the words Tracking links. Done when you see the list of existing links, or an empty list.
- 03Create a new link and name it for one placement
Choose Create New Tracking Link and name it creator, source, placement and month, for example mia_x_pinned-post_2026-10. Done when the name tells a stranger exactly where the link will live.
- 04Copy the link and use it in that one place
Copy the generated address and paste it into the one post, bio page, message or vendor order it is named for. Never reuse it elsewhere. Done when the link opens the creator's page.
- 05Read the link after a week
Come back after about seven days and note clicks and subscribers for the link. Done when the numbers are written next to the cost of the placement.
Name links properly on day one. A list of links called link 1 and test cannot be analysed three months later, and with several creators the names are all that keeps the data apart.
What does each OnlyFans tracking link metric mean?
A tracking link reports clicks and subscribers, and every other number is calculated from them or added by a tool that follows each fan. The table says what each one counts.
| Metric | What it counts | How to read it |
|---|---|---|
| Clicks | Visits to the link, bots included | Interest only. Never rank sources on clicks, because the worst traffic often has the most. |
| Subscribers | Fans who subscribed after using the link, last link wins | The number to compare sources on. |
| Conversion rate | Subscribers divided by clicks (our calculation) | Low with many clicks points at the page, price or teasers, not the promotion. |
| Spending fans | Subscribers who bought anything: messages, tips, renewals | Payers, not subscribers. The base for cost per paying fan. |
| Revenue per link | Everything the link's fans spend, added by a tool or by you | Judge it per fan over 30 days. |
| Direct traffic | Fans and revenue that came without any link | Shows how much of your income no link explains. |
Read sources side by side on subscribers and spend. In a made-up example, Reddit sends 4,000 clicks and 80 subscribers (2.0%) while X sends 1,200 clicks and 72 subscribers (6.0%). Judged on clicks, Reddit wins. Judged on subscribers per click, X is three times as efficient.
Expect gaps. Supercreator and Linko both note that a fan can click now and subscribe hours later or on another device, and that bots inflate clicks. Both push the conversion rate lower than the truth.
How do agencies use tracking links for each traffic source?
Agencies give every traffic source its own link for every creator, named by source and placement, so a report can say which source and which post paid.
- Reddit and X posts: one link per community or per pinned post, so a good thread can be repeated and a dead one dropped.
- Instagram and TikTok: put a bio page or short link in front, and keep one tracking link per original source behind it. Linko warns that routing everything through one middle page flattens every source into the same one.
- Telegram and other channels: one link per channel, since a channel with few clicks can still convert best.
- Shoutouts, ad networks and brokers: one link per vendor and per purchase. Pay on paying fans, not on subscribers, and send the vendor the same numbers you see; OnlyMonster has shared reports for this and CreatorHero exports to CSV.
- Free trial links: a separate feature with its own claim counts. OnlyMonster and OnlyTraffic both report trial links as their own source.
- The count grows fast. Five creators on five platforms with three campaigns each is 75 links, which is Linko's example, and twenty creators is 300. For the sources themselves see OnlyFans traffic, and for buying shoutouts and ads see promotion services.
How do you tie an OnlyFans tracking link to chat revenue?
You tie a tracking link to chat revenue by following the fans the link brought in and adding what they spent in messages: paid messages, tips and custom requests, not just the subscription.
The chat matters because, on accounts that earn meaningfully, most revenue comes from selling in direct messages rather than from the subscription, as our pay-per-view guide lays out. A link that fills the page with subscribers who never buy has not paid for itself.
There are two ways to do it. Tools such as Supercreator, OnlyMonster, OnlyTraffic and CreatorHero keep each fan tied to the link and report spend per link; Supercreator and OnlyTraffic say renewals, tips and pay-per-view stay credited to it. Without a tool, open the fans a link brought in, put them in a list, and add their spend after 30 days. CreatorHero notes that a list built this way is static: it holds only the fans who had joined when it was made.
Decide beforehand how to credit a fan who used two links. OnlyMonster offers both choices: rolling, where the latest link gets all later earnings, and double, where every link the fan subscribed through is credited.
A worked example with made-up numbers
- A $500 shoutout used a link named for that order: 1,000 clicks and 120 subscribers, a 12% conversion rate.
- After 30 days, 30 of the 120 had bought something, so the cost was $4.17 per subscriber but $16.67 per paying fan.
- Those 30 fans spent $1,800, of which $1,350 (75%) was in the chat. After OnlyFans' 20% fee, covered on the fees page, that is $1,440, or $2.88 back for each $1 spent, before any chatter or agency cost.
- Run the same sums on every link of the same creator. If two sources bring the same subscribers but one source's fans spend far less in the chat, the weak point is fan quality or the replies, not the link.
Where the chat sits in the result
Every link's subscribers land in the same inbox, so slow or missing replies drag down all of them. Anlora, which we make, chats with every fan on its own, top spenders included, for 20% of the OnlyFans payout on AI sales and no monthly fee, so each source's traffic meets an answer without a rota. How it works is on the AI chatbot page, and the human alternative is priced on the chatter page.
What mistakes ruin OnlyFans tracking link data?
The mistakes that ruin tracking link data are using one link everywhere, ranking sources on clicks, and stopping the count at the subscription.
- One link for everything. A single link in every bio and every post gives one total and no comparison. Make one per source, creator and campaign.
- Ranking on clicks. Clicks include bots and curious scrollers. Compare subscribers per click, then spend per subscriber.
- Stopping at the subscription. A subscriber is not a buyer. Count paying fans and chat sales, or the cheapest source will look best and earn least.
- Judging too early. Fans click now and subscribe later. Read at one week, and judge spend at 30 days.
- Reusing a link after a change. If the post, price or vendor changes, make a new link, so each result belongs to one thing.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many OnlyFans tracking links should an agency create?
One for every source you want to compare, per creator, plus one for each campaign or vendor order. A creator on five platforms with three campaigns each needs 15 links. Keep the names strict.
Do OnlyFans tracking links show revenue?
OnlyFans' own link page is reported to show clicks and subscribers, not money, according to Linko and Supercreator. We found no native revenue column in the sources checked on 2026-10-07. Revenue per link comes from tools that follow each fan, or from your own sums.
Why do my tracking link clicks not match my subscribers?
Many clicks never become subscribers and some subscribers arrive later. Bots add clicks, and a fan may click on one device and subscribe on another. A low rate with many clicks usually points at the page, price or teasers.
How long should I wait before judging a tracking link?
Read clicks and subscribers after about a week, since Supercreator suggests a week or so before the picture is clear. Judge spending after 30 days, because renewals, tips and pay-per-view purchases arrive over the weeks after a fan joins.
What is the difference between a tracking link and a free trial link?
A tracking link counts clicks and subscribers for a source. A free trial link is a separate OnlyFans feature that offers a trial period and reports its own claims. OnlyMonster and OnlyTraffic report trial links as their own source.
Can I show a traffic vendor the results of their link?
Yes, by giving the vendor the numbers for their own link only. OnlyMonster has shared reports for vendors and affiliates, and CreatorHero exports link data as a CSV file. Show subscribers and paying fans, not clicks.
What is the difference between a tracking link and a short link?
A tracking link counts clicks and subscribers inside OnlyFans. A short link counts the click before the visitor reaches OnlyFans and can show country, device and referrer. Linko recommends putting a short link in front of a tracking link to get both.
