OnlyFans Mass Message Templates: A Blank to Copy and Four Filled Examples

These OnlyFans mass message templates, a mass DM plan for agencies, give a 10-field blank to copy, covering goal, audience, exclusions, hook, offer, timing and how to measure it, plus four filled examples: welcome, PPV drop, re-engagement and expired fans. Free to copy and adapt, no sign-up. Not for live one-to-one chats, which need a reply written for that fan.

OnlyFans mass message templates: who they are for

OnlyFans mass message templates are fill-in plans for messages sent to many fans at once, for agencies and creators who send mass messages every week and want each one planned rather than improvised. A mass message goes to many fans at once, so the same words reach a new subscriber and a fan who spent $500 last month. The template forces the decisions that stop that from going wrong: who gets it, who is left out, what is offered and how you will know it worked.

It answers the questions agencies ask most about mass messages: why fans do not open them, what to send, and whether a strategy still works. One-to-one replies are a different job; OnlyFans automated messages explains where mass messages end and live chats begin.

Use it for anything sent to a list: welcomes, new drops, re-engagement waves, renewal pushes and holiday messages. Do not use it for a personal offer to one top spender, a reply to a fan who is mid-conversation, or anything that answers what a fan just said. Those need a message written for that one fan, and sending them as a blast is the most common way a mass message lands in the wrong chat.

The blank mass message template (copy this)

Version 1.0, 6 October 2026. Copy the ten fields into a note or your CRM and fill one copy per message. Every field stays, even when the answer is "none".

  • 1. Goal: [one outcome: replies, PPV purchases, renewals or a return visit]
  • 2. Audience: [list or lists to send to, for example New fans, Spent in the last 30 days]
  • 3. Exclude: [lists to leave out, for example Top spenders, Fans in a live chat now]
  • 4. Hook (first line): [one line that is about the fan, under 15 words]
  • 5. Body: [two or three lines in the creator's voice; one question the fan can answer]
  • 6. Offer: [none, or locked media with a price of at least $3; one item or a bundle]
  • 7. Preview: [free blurred preview or a short description of what is locked]
  • 8. Send time: [now or a scheduled time when this creator's fans are online]
  • 9. Follow-up rule: [what happens after a reply or a purchase, and when to stop]
  • 10. Success measure: [viewed ÷ sent, bought ÷ viewed and replies, checked after 48 hours]

How to use the template

  1. 01
    Pick one goal

A message that asks for replies, a sale and a renewal at once cannot be measured, because you will not know which part worked. Write the single outcome in field 1.

  2. 02
Choose the audience and the exclusions together

OnlyFans lets one mass message go to several lists and leave others out, and limit it to fans online now. Exclude top spenders and fans in a live chat unless the message is written for them.

  3. 03
    Write the hook last

Write the body and the offer first, then a first line about the fan, not the creator, so the opening is not a sales line.

  4. 04
    Price the offer

A paid message needs media attached and a price of at least $3. Price for the list you are sending to, not for your best fan.

  5. 05
    Schedule for this creator's fans

OnlyFans can schedule a mass message. Send when that creator's fans are online, which you learn from earlier messages' view counts.

  6. 06
Check the numbers after 48 hours

OnlyFans shows how many fans each mass message was sent to, how many viewed it and how many bought. Write the three numbers into field 10 and compare them with the last message to the same list.

Before you send

A mass message reaches every fan on the list at once, so a wrong list or a missing exclusion repeats the mistake hundreds of times. Read the audience and exclude fields one last time, and send a new kind of message to a small list first.

Field guide

FieldWhat a good answer looks likeCommon mistake
GoalOne outcome you can countSelling and asking for a reply in the same message
AudienceA list with something in commonSending everything to all fans
ExcludeTop spenders and fans mid-chat, unless written for themA generic blast landing in a personal conversation
HookAbout the fan, under 15 wordsStarting with the price
BodyCreator's voice, one answerable questionA paragraph of selling
OfferOne item or one bundle, $3 or more, with mediaThree offers in one message
PreviewEnough to want it, not enough to skip itNo preview at all on a paid message
Send timeWhen this creator's fans are onlineMidnight in your time zone
Follow-up ruleStop after a purchase; never resend owned mediaSending the same PPV to fans who bought it
Success measureViewed ÷ sent, bought ÷ viewed, repliesCounting only revenue

Each field has one job. Goal and success measure belong together, because the measure is how you will know whether the goal was met; audience and exclusions belong together, because who is left out matters as much as who is in. Read the table across: what a good answer looks like, then the mistake that most often turns a mass message into noise.

  • Hook, weak and strong. "New video out now, $20 🔥" leads with the sale and reads like every other blast. "ok you have to tell me if this is too much" is about the fan's opinion and asks for a reply. Both lines are examples; test your own against the same list.
  • Offer, priced for the list. Look at what the fans on this list paid for their last messages. If most of them bought at $10 to $20, a $15 video fits; a $50 bundle belongs in a one-to-one chat with the few fans who pay that.
  • Follow-up, written before sending. Decide now who gets a second message and when. A nudge 24 hours later to fans who viewed and did not buy is a rule; resending to everyone is noise.

OnlyFans welcome message example (filled example 1)

  • Goal: a reply from the new fan.
  • Audience: New fans (last 7 days). Exclude: none.
  • Hook: "hey you, I saw you just joined, how did you find me? 👀"
  • Body: "tell me a bit about you. what made you click subscribe?"
  • Offer: none. Preview: none.
  • Send time: within a few hours of subscribing.
  • Follow-up rule: whoever replies gets a one-to-one conversation; no offer before a few exchanges.
  • Success measure: replies ÷ sent after 48 hours.

Filled example 2: PPV drop to fans who already buy

  • Goal: PPV purchases.
  • Audience: Spent in the last 30 days. Exclude: Top spenders (they get a personal offer), fans in a live chat now.
  • Hook: "made something new this weekend and you were the first person I thought of"
  • Body: "it's the set you asked about after the last one, a bit more daring. want it before anyone else?"
  • Offer: one video, $15. Preview: blurred thumbnail plus one line on what it is.
  • Send time: scheduled for the evening hour this list viewed most last time.
  • Follow-up rule: a single nudge 24 hours later to fans who viewed and did not buy; nothing to buyers.
  • Success measure: bought ÷ viewed; compare with the last drop to the same list.

Filled example 3: re-engaging fans who went quiet

  • Goal: a reply.
  • Audience: No message in 30 days, still subscribed. Exclude: fans who bought in the last 7 days.
  • Hook: "ok I have to ask, did I do something wrong? 🥺"
  • Body: "you went quiet on me. tell me one thing you'd love to see from me this month"
  • Offer: none. Preview: none.
  • Send time: online-now filter on, sent in two or three waves.
  • Follow-up rule: reply to every answer one to one; their answer decides the next offer.
  • Success measure: replies ÷ sent; the offers that follow are measured in the chats.

Filled example 4: expired fans on a paid page

In our checks in October 2026, a fan whose subscription has expired on a paid page can receive messages only if the creator follows them; messages to the rest bounce. Fans who deactivated their account or blocked the creator cannot be reached at all.

  • Goal: a renewal.
  • Audience: Expired fans who can still receive messages. Exclude: fans who left in the last few days.
  • Hook: "I miss seeing your name in my messages"
  • Body: "I've posted a lot since you left, want to come back and see? tell me what you'd want first"
  • Offer: a renewal discount if the page uses them. Preview: a free photo from the new posts.
  • Send time: a weekday evening for this list.
  • Follow-up rule: one message, then measure before sending a second to the same list.
  • Success measure: renewals within 7 days ÷ fans reached.

Adapting the template without breaking it

  • Keep all ten fields. Write "none" rather than deleting a field, so the next message to that list can be compared.
  • Change the voice, not the structure. The examples are written in one creator's style; rewrite every line in the voice guide of the creator you send for.
  • One list, one message. If two lists need different hooks, that is two messages.
  • Keep a send log. One row per message with the date, the list and the three numbers, so a change in results can be traced to a change in the message.
  • Write per page type. On a free page nobody has paid a subscription yet, so the offer field carries more of the sale; on a paid page the subscription is already paid and the hook can ask for a reply first.
  • Do not copy one creator's lines to another. Fans who follow two creators from the same agency notice the same sentence twice; keep the structure and rewrite every line.
  • Translate by hand. For fans who write in another language, rewrite the message in that language in the creator's voice rather than pasting a machine translation.
  • Plan holiday messages ahead. A holiday message is an ordinary mass message with a date: fill the same ten fields a week ahead and schedule it.
  • Retire a message when its numbers drop. A hook that worked before can wear out; compare viewed ÷ sent with the last three sends to the same list.

Why are my OnlyFans mass messages not getting opened?

OnlyFans mass messages usually go unopened because the first line is about the creator or the price, the same hook has been sent too often, or the message reaches fans at the wrong time. Check viewed ÷ sent for the last three sends to the same list: if it keeps falling, change the hook and the send time before changing the offer.

Is my OnlyFans mass DM strategy outdated?

A mass DM strategy is outdated when it treats mass messages as the sale rather than the opener: sales happen in the one-to-one conversations a mass message starts. Count what each wave produced in replies, then what those replies produced in sales. If the sales depend on replies nobody answered in time, the fix is answering every reply, not sending more waves. Use mass messages to open conversations.

What is a good open rate for OnlyFans mass messages?

No public benchmark for OnlyFans mass message open rates appears in the sources we checked on 6 October 2026, and rates differ between lists of the same page. Measure viewed ÷ sent for each list and compare it with that list's last three sends: a rise means the hook or timing worked, and a steady fall means the list is tired of the message.

Should OnlyFans mass messages be free or paid?

Make an OnlyFans mass message free when the goal is a reply, a return visit or a renewal, and paid when the list already buys and the goal is a sale. A free message opens a conversation that can sell later; a paid one needs media, a price of at least $3 and a list that has bought before. The four filled examples above show both.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I write in an OnlyFans mass message?

One goal, a first line about the fan, two or three lines in the creator's voice, at most one offer and a question the fan can answer. Fill the ten fields of the template above, then check viewed, bought and replies after 48 hours.

How often should you send OnlyFans mass messages?

Send as often as each list keeps responding, with a rhythm per list: a welcome once per new fan, a PPV drop when there is new content, re-engagement only to fans quiet for a set time. No published frequency rule appears in the sources checked on 6 October 2026.

What is the minimum price for a paid mass message?

A paid message on OnlyFans needs media attached and a price of at least $3. Price for the whole list you are sending to, and keep personal offers for top spenders in one-to-one chats.

Can you send a mass message only to some fans?

Yes. A mass message can go to one or several lists, leave other lists out and be limited to fans who are online, and it can be scheduled for later.

Can you message expired fans on OnlyFans?

On a paid page, only expired fans the creator follows can receive messages; the rest bounce. Fans who deactivated their account or blocked the creator cannot be reached, so follow the expired fans worth winning back before sending.

Do these templates work for male creators?

Yes. None of the ten fields depends on the creator, so keep the lists, exclusions, offer rules and success measures, and rewrite the hook, body and preview in his own voice. The filled examples here happen to use one female creator's style.

Do mass messages replace a chatter?

A mass message only opens conversations; every reply still needs an answer. Anlora, which we make, is an AI chatter that answers every paying fan who replies, top spenders included, so a mass message turns into a conversation without a chatter on shift.
