Methodology
Anlora's fee
20% of what OnlyFans pays out on AI chat sales for up to 10 creators (pricing). Above 10 creators rates are custom; the calculator illustrates a taper to 14% at 30 creators. The agency pays it from its share.
Chatter-hours
Hours covered (730 a month for 24/7, 487 for 16 hours a day) ÷ creators per chatter on a shift. Vice reports eight-hour shifts covering three or four creators; Aruna Talent calls three to eight reasonable. Set 1 for a dedicated chatter. OFM-Tools says 16 hours a day usually captures about 90% of revenue on accounts under $30K a month.
Wages and commission
$4.50 an hour, inside the $3.50 to $7 base OFM-Tools quotes, plus 3.5% commission on chat sales (OFM-Tools: 2 to 5% per PPV sale). One full-time chatter = 168 hours a month.
Management and CRM
$250 per full-time chatter a month for shift leads, recruiting and training (our estimate). CRM $40 per creator, Infloww's starting price (it rises with the creator's earnings).
Assisted AI
AI drafts and a chatter sends, which cuts chatter hours by about 40% (our estimate). Same wage, commission and CRM.
What changed on 4 October 2026
This version replaced a fixed 2.1 seats per creator, a 5% commission and a "revenue leakage" cost on chatter teams. The seat count did not match the published sources, and leakage double-counted the extra-sales assumption.

How are the chatter costs calculated?
Chatter-hours per creator = hours covered (730 a month for 24/7, 487 for 16 hours a day) ÷ creators each chatter handles on a shift (3.5 by default: Vice reports three or four, Aruna Talent three to eight). Hours are paid at $4.50 (OFM-Tools quotes a $3.50 to $7 base), plus 3.5% commission, $250 management per full-time chatter (our estimate) and a $40 CRM per creator.
Why does the agency's cut matter?
Anlora bills 20% of what OnlyFans pays out on AI sales, and the agency pays it from its own share. At a 35% cut that leaves the agency 15 points of the payout, so the AI has to sell more than the chatters to leave the same profit. The calculator shows how much more at your split.
When is Anlora cheaper than chatters?
On pure cost, Anlora costs less than shared offshore chatters (3.5 creators each, 24/7) below roughly $10,000 a month of chat sales per creator, and less than a dedicated 24/7 chatter below roughly $35,000. Above those points the chatters cost less on the fee line, and Anlora pays off by selling more than they do and by removing recruiting, turnover and overnight gaps.
Why is there no revenue-leakage cost any more?
Earlier versions charged chatter teams a 'revenue leakage' cost for missed overnight and whale chats. That was a second, unproven assumption in the AI's favour, so it is gone. The only place the AI gets credit for selling more is the 'AI sells X% more' slider, which starts at 0%.
